It is amazing how even little things like adding your photo to your email signature can lead to &quot;richer&quot; conversations with people you haven&#039;t met yet.  I also find the use of video conferencing or chatting to be a big boost in this area.  When using Skype with others I try to use video when possible as I find that it helps us connect better and makes future conversations (even if they are simply by email or phone) much different as we have already met &quot;face-to-face&quot; even though it was virtually.</description>
